Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days of purchase, Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation once your order ships, along with a tracking number.

Delivery Timelines (within Pakistan)

Delivery times are estimates from our courier partner (PostX) and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or courier volume.

Shipping Charges

• Orders above PKR 5000: Free shipping

• Orders below that threshold: Flat rate of PKR 250

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS. You can also check order status by logging into your account or emailing us your order number.

International Shipping

At this time, onestep.beauty ships within Pakistan only. We're evaluating international shipping — email us if you'd like to be notified when it's available.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we'll always try to help resolve it with our courier partner.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@onestep.beauty or WhatsApp and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.
